How a trip works

Planned the day before, told to you in one message, finished at your door.

  1. When you book

    You get a fixed price and a booking code. Tell us how you like the ride: quiet, cool, water.

  2. The day before

    We assign your chauffeur and send their name, the car and its plate, then check the route for closures and events.

  3. When you land

    One message: where we are standing and the name on the sign. We wait 60 minutes after landing.

  4. The greeting

    Your chauffeur meets you by name, takes the bags, and the cabin is ready.

    “Good evening, Ms. Whitfield. The car is just outside.”

  5. The ride

    Smooth and quiet unless you would like to talk. No speakerphone, no radio.

  6. The drop-off

    Door to door. We wait until you are inside, then send the receipt and the trip record.

    “Thank you, Ms. Whitfield. Have a good evening.”

For drivers who hold their own CPUC permit and commercial insurance: a Black-class SUV at an all-in weekly rate, maintenance and a replacement car included, and the deposit back within 7 days of return.

Before you book

Is the price final?

Yes. It includes gratuity and airport fees. It changes only if you change the trip, for example an extra stop or more time.

How long will my chauffeur wait?

60 minutes after your flight lands and 15 minutes for other pickups, at no charge. We track the flight and count the wait from the moment it actually lands.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes, online until the cutoff shown on your booking, at no charge. After that, call (802) 222-8955.

Do you have child seats?

Yes: infant, convertible and booster seats, fitted by your chauffeur. Add them when you book.
